Today I discuss how and why I created the Cuppa Cha Tea Guide on our website www.cuppacha.com.au. After a few years of helping customers select a tea that they would enjoy, I discovered a sound set of questions that were a reliable indicator of the customers prefer tea. During those years I had only 2 people that didn’t really like the choice of tea. Of course, another tea was made for the customer. I found the customers would then entrust their tea selection to me as I had gained an understanding of their preferences.
