More than 35 years experience working in China has given him a strong understanding of the culture.  He spends more time laughing and socialising with the farmers than working!  Jeff has two main areas of interest – the tea making process and the science behind health benefits of tea which reflect his engineering background.

If there is no scientific proof he won’t believe, however there are so many positive studies around tea that he spends most of his time researching.
