Taking tea to the next level and delivering the world’s finest teas are the values that guide Cuppa Cha towards a memorable tea experience for our customers.  We believe Tea finds us; connect us in countless ways to the people around us and within ourselves. Quality tea creates wonderful, memorable moments in subtle ways that underpins our feelings and lifts our moods.  Life is too short for bad tea!  Let tea create beautiful memories, bring a smile to the face and lighten your heart.  Studies have shown that tea creates a positive mind and healthy body that helps us get through our daily life.  Nutritious and pack full of antioxidants, tea clears our thoughts and cleanses the body.

Our guiding principle and our value to you is direct sourcing – tea farmer to your tea cup.  Direct sources gives you a thorough and comprehensive understanding of our tea.  We are involved with all businesses that handle our teas and we can confirm that our tea is sourced ethically.  We focus on high quality organic for our everyday, special and rare teas.  In the absence of quality organic, we source from tea farmers that have undergone the stringent processes of obtaining the ISO22000 certification.  This certification is internationally recognised and allows a company to show that they have a food safety management system in place.

We are committed to continual learning of the tea world.  Tea is a life long journey of sipping, please join us and find discover amazing teas from talented tea farmers and artisans.

More than 35 years experience working in China has given him a strong understanding of the culture.  He spends more time laughing and socialising with the farmers than working!  Jeff has two main areas of interest – the tea making process and the science behind health benefits of tea which reflect his engineering background.  If there is no scientific proof he won’t believe, however there are so many positive studies around tea that he spends most of his time researching.
