A elegant 40 years old Aged Pouchong with rich fruity notes of cherry and red grapes, light forest and wood.  The result is a tea that yields multiple infusions with in depth flavours developing from the third infusion.   This Oolong has been aged by the Bai family in Taiwan.  A family of multiple award winning tea farmers spanning three generations. Served hot or at room temperature, suits best with savoury and heavy sauced meals.

Brewing Guidelines
Teaware: 150ml glass, porcelain/ceramic pot
Amount: 4 rounded teaspoons (6g) of tea leaves
Water: 95°C water
Infusion: First infusion at 60 secs, Second infusion 45 secs, Third infusion 60 secs – up to 10 infusions
