Guava Pouchong from New Taipei is a combination of Guava leaves and Jasmine scented Pouchong. This combination creates a wonderful sweet and sour flavour that works well in hot or cold tea service
Peony Oolong is a lovely strip style FB27 Oolong blended with Peony flowers for a fruity, floral and smooth finish. Farmed and blended in Nantou by Mr Chen. It is Delicate and light serves well in hot tea or cold over ice
Magnolia Oolong is another blend from Mr Chen. Jade Oolong blended with Magnolia Flowers for added aroma and floral finish
Osmanthus Oolong is a lightly baked Jade Oolong scented with Osmanthus (sweet olive flowers). Osmanthus flowers are commonly used in Asia for creating scents in cooking and tea. Mild sweetness and strong aroma will fill a room. Farmed and blended by Mr Wang in Jiayi.
Brewing Guidelines
Teaware: 250ml glass, porcelain/ceramic pot
Amount: 3g of tea leaves
Water: 90°C water
Infusion: Infusion 4 minutes. Long second infusion for pour over ice
