Description
Buddha palm or hand or Fo Shou normally is a ball-type oolong. This one is a strip leaf oolong that has been carefully rolled to bring out the citrus notes. An old but not common varietal in Taiwan that originated from China, it is a traditional charcoal-roasted oolong that is a great example of a nod to traditional methods. Below are my recommendations for a 5 x infusion but this oolong can give so much more. Only a few kilos are available on this one. I wish I had bought more!
