Description
There are many different types of Formosa Bonita and they are best identified by their number. #21 is a sensational addition to the family. The Hong Yun 21 cultivar is a recent development between Indian Assamica|Kyang and Chinese Qimen cultivars. The result is a tea that yields surprising citrus aromas and flavour elegantly balanced with the sweet fruity notes of an Oolong. It can be served hot or room temperature in a wine glass with red meats, rich sauces, mushrooms or chocolate cake.
