A complicated and tedious process creates this mild Yellow Tea.  This tea comes from Meng Ding mountain, home of the Panda.  Mild and sweet flavours makes this tea a delight to enjoy for those special occasions.

Brewing Guidelines
Teaware: 250ml glass, porcelain or yixing clay pot
Amount: 2 rounded teaspoons (3g) of tea leaves
Water: 85°C (boiling) filtered water
Infusion: First infusion at least 3 minutes
