The beautiful Jasmine Pearls are picked to be rolled into the pearl shape and dried as a green tea.  The pearls are then mixed with freshly picked Jasmine flowers to absorb the aroma. Once dried the flowers and pearls are separated.  This process is repeated three times for a deeper natural Jasmine infusion. When this tea is steeped the pearls unfurl to show the beautiful and precise picking of the tea leaves.

Harvest Time: middle of April

Brewing Guidelines
Teaware: 250ml glass, porcelain/ceramic pot
Amount:1 1/2 rounded teaspoons (3g) of tea leaves
Water: 90°C  water
Infusion: First infusion at least 3 minutes
