Matcha (ceremonial grade) is green tea powder that is made from set of specific criteria which include the tea plant, farming and processing. Our tea is made from the cultivar Chin Sing Dah Pan, famous as the cultivar for Bao Hao (Oriental Beauty). This green tea is steam fired and cold milled to 300 fine mesh talc power fine. Unlike traditional Matcha our tea is sweet, floral and smooth. A common attribute of Taiwanese teas. So good with water or milk. Affordable option for cooking and still maintains all the health benefits of the high antioxidant level with that sustained lift for your day.
