Shade grown in northwest region of Zhejiang province which has a long history in growing green teas. Hence our Sencha is sweet, lightly grassy with a hint of marine flavour. The dry leaf is deep jade green and the liquor is clean and green.

Amount: 1 ½ rounded teaspoons (2g) of tea leaves
Water: 80°C filtered water
Infusion: First infusion at least 1 minute. The leaves are good for 5 infusions.
