Description
The southeast of Taiwan is becoming well known for its own style of Oolongs. Usually, ball-shaped, with high oxidation, and expertly baked which brings out beautiful flavours from the tea leaves. This red oolong is a fine example of the craftsmanship of the tea farmer. No hint of bitterness or astringency for a highly oxidized tea. Crafted from the famous Qing Xin Oolong tea plant that is grown by 60% of the tea farmers. It can be served hot or why not try room temperature in a wine glass with red meats, rich sauces, mushrooms or chocolate cake.
