This is the first time an Oolong from high altitude Qing Xin Oolong trees has been part of our tea collection.   The tea trees are over 20 years old, organically cultivated with no chemical fertilizers used. It is an interesting tea that develops over each infusion.  At first, you are struck by the sweet ripe fruit aroma and taste of this beautifully made balled-shaped tea.  As you brew each successive infusion the sweetness quickly disappears to a warming cacao aroma and taste.  The tea liquor is thick with a full flavour that lingers for long after the tea is finished.  It was too good to not share with our customers.  This Oolong is a must-have for any Taiwanese oolong lover.
