Cuppa Cha was founded to provide enjoyment of tea. We are confident our tea is of the highest quality and fair-minded value in the single estate boutique tea market. We have relationships with some of the best tea masters in the world. Each step from tea garden to your cup is carefully considered and ethically sourced. We believe in transparency of sourcing and acknowledging the skills and people that grow, pick, process, transport and package the tea for your enjoyment. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us with 14 days of receipt of the delivery. You will need to simply return your tea with the original packaging and we will supply a full refund including cost of return postage or if you prefer a replacement tea of equal value. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
We use Australia Post for delivery. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 10 days. Whist we are not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received, we will work with you to resolve the problem with Australia Post. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the our discretion.
