Description
Gui Fei Oolong is a bug-bitten summer tea like the Bai Hao Oolong. The Farmers produce this tea after the “little green leaf hopper” Jassid has visited in June. However, unlike the Bai Hao Oolong, it is a ball shaped Oolong. Farmers create the ball shapes through repeated canvas balling rolling which takes many hours followed by baking to enhance the honey aroma.
